Christin Cieslak

I am an independent evaluator and strategic consultant specialising in European education, skills, lifelong learning and cooperation projects.

My work sits between policy, funding and implementation. I help organisations make sense of complex programme requirements, strengthen project quality and turn ideas, priorities and partner input into clear, workable structures.

Over the years, I have worked across several sides of European education and cooperation: as an external assessor, project and programme manager, stakeholder lead and independent evaluator. This gives me a practical understanding of how funding rules, institutional expectations, partnerships and real implementation pressures come together.

Today, I support institutions, National Agencies, NGOs, consultancies and international partnerships with evaluation, quality assurance, programme assessment, project development, moderation and training.

What connects the different parts of my work is structure: helping people clarify what they are trying to achieve, organise the process around it and turn ambitious plans into credible, useful results.
